These 4 #funky5 Smoothies for Children are a super way to get more fruits and vegetables into your kid’s! They are fast to make and are great for breakfast, snacks or lunch.
The best thing about them is they taste so great your children won’t even know you have sneaked in ‘nasty’ vegetables!
The flavour combinations are pretty much limitless but with feedback from some parents and Hannah, I have created these 4 to get you started.

Snowflake Smoothie
1 cup of coconut milk
1/4 cucumber
1 banana
1 pear
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon flaxseeds
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Rainbow Firework Smoothie
1 cup of coconut water
¼ cucumber
2 x dates
½ banana
½ cup frozen pineapple
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Blueberry Surprise Smoothie
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup spinach
2 x dates
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup of frozen mango and pineapple chunks
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Unicorn Surprise Smoothie
1 cup of Almond milk
1 Apple
½ Banana
1 cup of milk
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Place all in a blender and whizz up the yumminess.
