NICHOLA FLOOD

The Queen of Health

I help women feel stronger, healthier and more confident through their 40s, 50s and beyond. And at 51, I’m living this stage of life too.I know what it feels like when the body you’ve known for years begins to change. Energy can change. Body composition can change. Hormones change. What worked in your 20s and 30s may no longer feel right — and suddenly there’s an overwhelming amount of conflicting advice telling women what they should and shouldn’t be doing.

I believe women deserve something better than another diet.

Why The Queen of Health?

My approach to midlife health has been shaped by more than 25 years across health, fitness, nutrition, coaching and education — but also by my own experience of reaching this stage of life.

I’ve learned that thriving in midlife isn’t about constantly trying to eat less or make yourself smaller.

It’s about learning to nourish your body, protect your muscle, build strength, support your energy and create habits you can actually live with.

That’s what The Queen of Health is about.

Not perfection.

Not extremes.

Understanding your body and giving it what it needs for the next chapter of your life.

My Approach to Midlife Health

NOURISH
Eating in a way that supports your changing body.

BALANCE
Supporting blood sugar, appetite and steady energy.

PROTEIN
Helping women understand the importance of protein and muscle through midlife.

STRENGTH
Encouraging women to build and maintain strong, capable bodies as they age.

THRIVE
Creating sustainable habits around movement, sleep, stress and everyday life.

Then your signature line:

Midlife isn’t about getting smaller. It’s about getting stronger, healthier and understanding your body.

I’m Not Just Teaching Midlife — I’m Living It

At 51, I’m part of the community I speak to.

I strength train, prioritise protein, think about how I fuel my body and continue learning what it means to support my health as I age.

I don’t believe women should disappear as they get older.

I want women in their 40s, 50s and beyond to feel visible, informed, strong and excited about what their bodies are still capable of.
