Choco Wake Up Smoothie
Smoothies are a fun and tasty way to get your energy for the day and give you that natural high!

Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 banana
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 Tablespoons cacao powder
- ¼ medium cucumber
- 1 Tablespoon chia seed
- 1 Tablespoon Nut butter (natural)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 ml of milk of choice
1) Cut your greens into appropriate-sized chunks.
2) Add liquid.
3) Blend until all chunks are gone.
4) Add fruits, protein powder, and any other superfood ingredients.
5) Blend again until it is smooth.
6) Pour into a glass.
