Chocolate & Mint Smoothie
Smoothies are a quick, nutritious, and delicious way to get energy while you’re on the go. They provide much-needed fuel for your busy days, and help you feel good on the inside and out.

Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup spinach
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1-2 Tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (natural)
- 1 date
- 200 ml milk of choice
Pop your leafy greens with a liquid into your blender and whizz.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Finally, blend again until everything is smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
