Apple and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- 75g tuna in brine, drained
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 celery stick, sliced
- 1 little gem lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 85g live natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Sea salt and ground black pepper
Drain the tuna and mix well with the remaining ingredients.
