Ingredients
  • 75g tuna in brine, drained
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 celery stick, sliced
  • 1 little gem lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 85g live natural yoghurt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper

Drain the tuna and mix well with the remaining ingredients.
