100ml almond milk or coconut water

100ml water

1 handful of spinach or kale

¼ cucumber

½ stick celery

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon milled flax seeds

100g cup frozen pineapple

1 date

Protein powder or 1 tablespoon nut butter




  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and add a splash of

water if it is necessary
