INGREDIENTS (Serves 8)
2 bananas
2 tablespoons 100% peanut butter
100g 70% dark chocolate

TO MAKE
• Slice the bananas into 5cm pieces.
• Spread the peanut butter between each slice.
• Melt the chocolate in heatproof bowl over a pan of
simmering water.
• Transfer from the heat and dip each banana bite into
the chocolate.
• Transfer to a tray lined with greaseproof paper and refrigerate
until set.
