MONDAY

SMOOTHIE BOWL

METHOD

Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend on low until small bits remain.
Add a bit of coconut or almond milk and protein powder (optional), and blend on low again, scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
Scoop into serving bowl and top with desired toppings.

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 1)
100g Mixed frozen berries

100g Frozen banana (1 small ripe banana)

2-3tbsp Unsweetened almond or coconut milk

Optional 1 scoop vanilla/plain protein powder

TOPPINGS (CHOOSE 2)
1tbsp Shredded coconut

1tbsp Chia or hemp seeds

1tbsp Chopped nuts

1tbsp Granola

1tbsp Nut butter

Extra berries

 

TUESDAY

STRAWBERRIES & CREAM

INGREDIENTS
100g strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1 ripe banana
100ml almond milk
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 bag spinach
2 dates

TO MAKE
Place all the ingredients in a blender and add a splash of
water if it is necessary

 

WEDNESDAY

PEACHES & CREAM

INGREDIENTS
1 ripe peach, halved and stone removed (can used tined version if in own juice)
1 ripe banana
1 handful of spinach leaves
100ml coconut water or coconut milk
2 inches cucumber | handful lettuce / rocket

TO MAKE
Place all the ingredients in a blender and add a splash of
water if it is necessary

 

THURSDAY

CHUNKY CHOCOLATE SHAKE

INGREDIENTS

240mls | 1 cup non-dairy milk

1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)

100g | 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato (OPTIONAL)

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 tablespoon maple syrup or 1 medjool date (optional – see recipe note

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional but adds some extra nutrition)

5 ice cubes , if using a fresh banana , none if your banana is frozen

 

TO MAKE
Place all the ingredients in a blender and add a splash of
water if it is necessary

 

FRIDAY

SUPER GREEN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
20g rolled oats
100ml almond milk or water
100ml water
1 handful of spinach or kale
¼ cucumber
½ stick celery
1 ripe banana
100g cup frozen pineapple

TO MAKE
Place all the ingredients in a blender and add a splash of
water if it is necessary
